Terms, alterations and refunds

These terms apply when you book with Silaai Labs, a product of Neuronic Technologies Private Limited. By booking a visit you agree to them.
Booking and the measurement visit
- Booking a visit is free. We confirm the time and the measurer's name on WhatsApp.
- You can reschedule or cancel free of charge until our measurer leaves for your visit. Message us on WhatsApp.
- At the visit we take your measurements, check and photograph your fabric, and seal it in a bag with a QR code.
Prices and payment
- You get a fixed price at the visit, before anything is cut. It doesn't change after that.
- You pay a small advance by UPI at the visit and the rest on delivery, by UPI or cash.
- Prices on the website can change for new bookings. A confirmed order keeps its price.
Your fabric
- You supply the fabric. If it isn't enough for the design you chose, we tell you before cutting.
- If your fabric is lost or damaged through our mistake, we replace it with similar fabric or refund the value agreed when we picked it up.
Delivery
- We aim to deliver within 7 days of the measurement visit, or 3 days with express. If we're running late, we tell you on WhatsApp.
- At delivery you share a code from the tracking page with our agent, so only you can receive the order.
Alterations and our fit promise
- If something doesn't fit as measured, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We pick it up from your home, alter it and bring it back, free.
- Free alterations don't cover changes to a design you chose after it was cut, changes in your measurements after the visit, or damage from wearing or washing. We can still do these at a price we tell you first.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before your fabric is cut: cancel any time and we refund your advance in full and return your fabric.
- After cutting: the work is made to your measurements, so the advance isn't refundable. Our fit promise still applies.
- Refunds are made by UPI within 7 working days.
Our responsibility
- Our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it plus the agreed value of your fabric.
- These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute goes to the courts in Panchkula, Haryana.
